Reconnect.

In modern society all of our bodies face the same difficulty.
We move too little and in too little variation, which makes us fell stiff, stressed, powerless and out joints are hurting under certain loads. Our capacity is very low.

My work is for those who want to reconnect to their bodies, to feel good, safe, painfree and vivid. It is for thoses who want to gain back their movement quality and body inteligence.
It’s an invitation to live life to the fullest. 

In my coaching you we will build  a holistic  physical practice together that contains:

  • strengthening your body
    (linear and organic strength training)
  • softening your body
  • working on a bigger range of motion 
    (becoming mobile and flexible)
  • taking care of your joints 
    (soft range of motion) 
  • learning how to use and load your joints propperly
  • learning coordniative skills
  • releasing your nervoussytem
  • breathing
  • calming the mind

My practice is influenced by different approaches of movement practices such as from:

 Joseph Bartz Training, Ido Portal Method, 
Marcello Palozzo, Nil Teisner, 
Yoga, Pranayama and Contemporary Dance in general
